Prisgap is a term encountered in contemporary discussions of consumer pricing. There is no single, widely accepted definition in major reference works, and the term remains informal in usage. In many online discussions, prisgap denotes a price gap—the difference between a price that is displayed or quoted and the amount a buyer ultimately pays after all charges are included.
