Postmillennialists
Postmillennialists are adherents to a specific eschatological view within Christianity. This perspective holds that the Second Coming of Jesus Christ will occur after the millennium. The millennium itself is understood not as a literal 1000-year reign of Christ on earth, but rather as a long period of time, often interpreted as the current church age, during which the influence of the Gospel will gradually and progressively triumph over evil in the world.
