Polieteric
Polieteric is an adjective used in some scientific discussions to describe systems, materials, or theories that feature a pronounced presence of ether linkages (R–O–R) or ether-rich backbones. The term is not widely standardized and does not correspond to a formal category in major chemical dictionaries. Its etymology derives from poly- meaning many, combined with ether and the adjectival suffix -ic.
