Perusmaksut
Perusmaksut, or basic charges, are fixed fees charged by public authorities for access to and use of public services. They represent a base component of the total price and are intended to cover administrative and operating costs associated with delivering a service. The term is commonly used in Finland to describe charges applied by municipalities and national agencies across various sectors.
