Palestrina
Palestrina is a town and comune in the Lazio region of central Italy, part of the Metropolitan City of Rome. It lies about 40 kilometers southeast of Rome, on a hill overlooking the valley of the Aniene. The town sits near the site of Praeneste, the ancient Latin settlement that gives the modern town its name.
