PACSarkistot is a Finnish digital archive and online community dedicated to preserving and sharing Finnish audiovisual media, particularly television programs, films, and other cultural content. The platform operates as a non-profit initiative, focusing on the restoration and accessibility of older media that might otherwise be lost or difficult to find.

Founded in 2008, PACSarkistot (short for Pääsyarkisto, meaning "access archive") was established by a group of enthusiasts and volunteers who recognized the need for a centralized repository of Finnish media. The archive primarily collects content from public broadcasting organizations, such as Yle, as well as independent producers and private collectors. Its mission is to ensure long-term preservation while making these materials available to researchers, educators, and the general public.

The platform offers a searchable database where users can browse and stream a wide range of content, including classic television series, documentaries, news broadcasts, and rare films. Many of the materials are digitized from original sources, including VHS tapes, film reels, and other analog formats, to prevent further degradation. PACSarkistot also collaborates with archives and institutions to ensure proper metadata tagging and archival practices.
