Outgoingness

Outgoingness refers to a personality trait characterized by a tendency to be sociable, talkative, and energetic in social situations. Individuals who are outgoing generally enjoy interacting with others, are comfortable initiating conversations, and often seek out social engagement. They are typically seen as friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic.

This trait is often associated with extraversion, a broader personality dimension that describes a person's orientation towards the external world. Outgoing individuals tend to gain energy from social interactions, whereas introverts often find social situations draining and prefer solitude.
