Osuusrahoitus, also known as cooperative financing or mutual financing, is a funding model where an organization is owned and controlled by its members. These members, who can be individuals, businesses, or other organizations, contribute capital to the cooperative and in return have a stake in its ownership and governance. Unlike traditional corporations that are typically owned by shareholders, an osuusrahoitus structure places decision-making power in the hands of its users or stakeholders.
