Omsättbarhet refers to the ability of a financial instrument, such as a security or a debt obligation, to be easily bought and sold in a market. High omsättbarhet implies that there are many buyers and sellers, and transactions can occur quickly with minimal impact on the price. This liquidity is crucial for investors who may need to access their capital on short notice.

The level of omsättbarhet for an asset is influenced by several factors. These include the size of the market for the asset, the number of participants actively trading it, the regularity of trading, and the transparency of pricing information. Assets with broad appeal and widespread availability tend to have higher omsättbarhet.
