Obligationsmarkeder, often translated as bond markets, are financial marketplaces where debt securities, known as bonds, are issued and traded. These markets are crucial for facilitating borrowing and lending on a large scale. Governments, municipalities, and corporations all utilize bond markets to raise capital for various projects and operational needs. Investors, in turn, purchase these bonds with the expectation of receiving regular interest payments and the return of their principal upon maturity.
