Obitelj

Obitelj is a term originating from South Slavic languages, primarily used to denote family or kinship groups. The concept of obitelj encompasses the fundamental social unit consisting of individuals related by blood, marriage, or adoption. It serves as the basic building block of social structure within many South Slavic communities, including countries such as Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, and North Macedonia.
