Obi-Wan Kenobi is a fictional character in the Star Wars franchise created by George Lucas. A Jedi Master and member of the Jedi Order, he mentors Anakin Skywalker and Luke Skywalker and plays a central role across the prequel and original trilogies. The character has been portrayed by Alec Guinness in the original films and by Ewan McGregor in the prequel films and the 2022 live-action series, with additional voice work in animated series.
