OPECszékhely refers to the headquarters of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC). This intergovernmental organization was established in 1960 by Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Venezuela to coordinate and unify petroleum policies among member countries, in order to secure fair and stable prices for petroleum producers.

The current headquarters of OPEC is located in Vienna, Austria. The decision to move the headquarters from Geneva, Switzerland, to Vienna was made in 1965. Vienna was chosen as the permanent seat of OPEC due to its neutrality, central European location, and good infrastructure. The OPEC Secretariat in Vienna serves as the administrative arm of the organization, overseeing its daily operations and supporting the work of the Ministerial Conference and the Board of Governors. The Secretariat is staffed by professionals from member countries and international experts.
