Névváltozás

Névváltozás is the Hungarian term for a change of name. This can refer to a personal name change, such as a married name change or a change of given name, or it can refer to the renaming of a place or entity.

In Hungary, personal name changes are regulated by law. Individuals can apply to change their name for various reasons, including marital status, personal preference, or to correct an error.
