Nyhamna
Nyhamna is a village and site of a major natural gas processing plant located on the Nyhamna peninsula in Aukra Municipality, Møre og Romsdal, Norway. The facility is a key node in Norway's offshore gas system. Gas from the offshore Ormen Lange field is transported onshore to Nyhamna via a subsea pipeline. At Nyhamna, the gas is processed, condensate separated, impurities removed, and dehydration completed before the gas is sent into the Langeled pipeline to the United Kingdom for consumption.
