Nuuly

Nuuly is a subscription-based clothing rental service operated by URBN, the parent company of Anthropologie, Urban Outfitters, and Free People. Launched in 2019, Nuuly provides access to a rotating catalog of apparel, accessories, and footwear from hundreds of brands. Customers browse items online, select pieces for a rental period, and receive shipments of clothing. After wearing the items, customers return them in prepaid packaging, and the garments are laundered and prepared for the next user.

Under a subscription model, customers pay a fixed price for a set number of items per cycle.

Nuuly positions itself as a way to reduce fashion waste by enabling multiple wearings of garments rather

Operational primarily in the United States, Nuuly competes with other rental and resale platforms and continues
