Nondoodling

Nondoodling refers to the practice of intentionally refraining from doodling, particularly in contexts where doodling might typically occur, such as during meetings, lectures, or while engaged in other tasks. It is the conscious choice to keep one's hands still or occupied with the primary activity rather than engaging in spontaneous, often aimless, drawing or scribbling.
