Nociceptivní
Nociceptivní is an adjective derived from the term nociception, which refers to the physiological process by which living organisms detect and respond to potentially harmful stimuli. The word is used primarily in medical and neuroscience contexts to describe substances, cells, or mechanisms that are involved in the transduction and transmission of pain signals. In Czech, the term translates roughly to “pain‑sensory” or “noctious” and is applied to receptors, nerves, and pharmacological agents that interact with the nociceptive system.
Nociceptive receptors are located in peripheral tissues such as skin, muscle, and joints, where they are activated
In clinical practice, the concept of nociceptivní is essential for diagnosing and managing pain disorders. Conditions
