NiziU

NiziU is a nine-member Japanese girl group formed by JYP Entertainment and Sony Music Entertainment Japan through the 2019 reality survival show "Nizi Project". The group's name, NiziU, is derived from "Nizi" (meaning rainbow in Japanese) and "U" (representing the members and fans). Their debut song, "Make you happy," released prior to their official debut, achieved significant commercial success, topping various Japanese music charts and gaining widespread popularity.

The members of NiziU are Mako, Rio, Maya, Miihi, Riku, Ayaka, Mayuka, Yuna, and Nina. The group officially debuted on December 2, 2020, with their first single album "Step and a Step."
