NiyaziiMisri
NiyaziiMisri, whose full name was Muhammad ibn Abi al-Qasim al-Misri, was a Sufi shaykh and poet who lived in the Ottoman Empire during the 17th century. He is known for his spiritual teachings and his prolific writings, which have had a significant impact on Sufi thought and practice. NiyaziiMisri was born in Bosnia and later settled in Egypt, hence his epithet "al-Misri" (the Egyptian).
