Niyaziyya
Niyaziyya is a Sufi order, or tariqa, founded in the 13th century by the Persian poet and mystic Rumi. The order is named after Rumi's spiritual teacher, Niyazi, who was a student of the famous Sufi master Shams Tabrizi. Niyaziyya is known for its emphasis on the spiritual teachings of Rumi, particularly his poetry and his spiritual journey as described in his famous work, the Mathnawi.
