Nitrozaminképzdés refers to the process of nitrosamine formation. Nitrosamines are a group of chemical compounds that are often formed when amines react with nitrosating agents, such as nitrites, under specific conditions. These conditions can include acidic environments and elevated temperatures. Amines are organic compounds derived from ammonia, while nitrites are salts of nitrous acid.
