Nikomachiai
Nikomachiai, also known as Nikomacheia, was an ancient city located in the region of Bithynia, in present-day Turkey. The city was founded by the Bithynian king Nikomedes I in the 3rd century BC, and it served as the capital of the kingdom of Bithynia until the Roman conquest in 74 BC. The city was strategically located on the Black Sea coast, near the mouth of the River Rhyndacus, and it was known for its natural harbor and fertile lands.
