Nijisanji

Nijisanji is a Japanese virtual YouTuber agency operated by ANYCOLOR Inc. (formerly Ichikara Inc.). It manages a large roster of VTubers who perform as animated avatars and stream content primarily on YouTube, engaging in gaming, music, talk shows, and collaborative events. Nijisanji has played a major role in popularizing the VTuber format in Japan and around the world and remains among the largest agencies by talent count and viewership.

Founded in 2018 by Ichikara Inc., Nijisanji established a model in which talents use stylized avatars and live-stream as individual creators under a shared brand. The company has since expanded internationally with language-specific branches such as Nijisanji EN, Nijisanji ID, and Nijisanji KR. A China-based Nijisanji CN branch existed for a period before being discontinued. Nijisanji talents frequently collaborate on group projects and participate in live concerts, fan meetups, and online events, in addition to their regular streams.

Talent management covers branding, content planning, and revenue sharing, with several members attaining substantial subscriber counts and recognition within the virtual YouTuber ecosystem. Nijisanji’s growth has influenced industry standards for talent development, brand collaboration, and event production, while the roster continues to evolve with new signings and roster changes.
