Nibenese

Nibenese refers to a region and its associated culture within the fictional world of Tamriel, specifically in the Elder Scrolls video game series. The Nibenese region is located in the eastern part of the province of Cyrodiil, the heartland of the Empire. It is characterized by its fertile valleys, extensive river systems, and a generally warmer climate compared to the western parts of Cyrodiil.

The culture of the Nibenese is often depicted as more cosmopolitan, bureaucratic, and scholarly than that of other regions in Cyrodiil. They are known for their complex social structures, elaborate governmental systems, and a strong emphasis on trade and diplomacy. The Nibenese people have historically been central to the administration and development of the Tamrielic Empire, with many Imperial institutions and traditions having their roots in this region.
