Aesthetically

Aesthetically is an adverb that denotes a relation to aesthetics—the branch of philosophy dealing with beauty, taste, and perception. It is used to describe how something appears to the senses, rather than how it functions, and is common in discussions of art, design, architecture, fashion, and media.

Nuance and limits: Aesthetics is subjective, so judgments of what is aesthetically pleasing vary across cultures and individuals. The word should be used to critique style or visual design, not to assign moral value or technical merit.
