NewTek, Inc. is an American technology company known for developing hardware and software for real-time video production and 3D graphics. The company gained prominence with the Video Toaster, a broadcast and editing suite originally released for the Amiga platform, and subsequently expanded with LightWave 3D, a widely used 3D modeling and animation package.
