Neutrophiltolymphocyte is not a recognized scientific or medical term. It appears to be a portmanteau, possibly combining the terms "neutrophil" and "lymphocyte" or "neutrophil-to-lymphocyte." Neutrophils and lymphocytes are both types of white blood cells, crucial components of the immune system.
