Neutralare
Neutralare is a term that describes the process of making something neutral. In chemistry, this often refers to the reaction between an acid and a base to produce a salt and water. This reaction effectively cancels out the acidic and basic properties of the reactants. For example, when hydrochloric acid (an acid) reacts with sodium hydroxide (a base), the resulting solution is neutral, containing sodium chloride (a salt) and water. The pH of a neutral solution is typically considered to be 7 at room temperature.
Beyond chemistry, "neutralare" can also be used more broadly to signify rendering something impartial or unbiased.
