Neuropsikiatri is a medical specialty that bridges the fields of neurology and psychiatry. It focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders that are thought to have neurological causes or significant neurological components. This interdisciplinary approach recognizes that many conditions affecting the brain can manifest with both neurological symptoms, such as seizures or movement disorders, and psychiatric symptoms, like depression, anxiety, or psychosis.
