Neulußheim

Neulußheim is a municipality located in the district of Rhein-Neckar-Kreis, in the state of Baden-Württemberg, Germany. It is situated approximately 15 kilometers southeast of Heidelberg and 20 kilometers northwest of Mannheim. The municipality was formed in 1971 through the merger of several smaller communities, including Neulußheim, Neulußheim-Ost, and Neulußheim-West. As of 2021, the population of Neulußheim is around 12,000 residents.

The town is known for its well-preserved historical center, which includes several buildings from the 18th and 19th centuries. The local economy is primarily driven by small and medium-sized enterprises, with a focus on services, retail, and manufacturing. Neulußheim is also home to several educational institutions, including primary and secondary schools, as well as a vocational training center.
