Nervstyrningens, also known as neural control or neural regulation, refers to the processes by which the nervous system manages and coordinates the activities of the body. It encompasses both the central nervous system (CNS), which includes the brain and spinal cord, and the peripheral nervous system (PNS), which consists of nerves outside the brain and spinal cord.
