Nervión

Nervión is a district of Seville, in the autonomous community of Andalusia, Spain. Located on the eastern side of the city, it is a densely built urban area that blends residential neighborhoods with commercial and office spaces. The district functions as a significant hub for business, services, and daily life outside the historic center.

Nervión is home to several notable landmarks, including Estadio Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán, the football stadium of Sevilla FC; Torre Sevilla, a prominent tall building that houses offices, a hotel and a shopping complex; and Nervión Plaza, a major shopping center with retail and dining options. The area also features a range of residential blocks and local services that serve both residents and visitors.

Development in Nervión accelerated in the late 20th and early 21st centuries, transforming a traditional commercial belt into a mixed-use district. The construction of Torre Sevilla and related projects symbolized the neighborhood’s role in Seville’s modernization, while existing facilities such as the stadium and shopping centers continue to attract visitors and support the local economy.

Nervión is well connected by public transport, with numerous bus lines and connections to Seville’s metro and rail network, linking it to other parts of the city.
