Nepomucký

Nepomucký is a small municipality located in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. Situated approximately 30 kilometers northeast of Prague, it lies within the district of Mělník and is part of the historical region of Bohemia. The village is nestled along the banks of the Vltava River, which adds to its scenic charm and recreational appeal.

The origins of Nepomucký date back to the 13th century, though its name is derived from the nearby Nepomuk Monastery, founded in 1233 by the Premonstratensian canons.
