In negativebackpressure scenarios, the problem typically lies with the receiver's ability to process data due to internal bottlenecks, resource constraints, or incorrect configuration. This can lead to data accumulation, increased latency, and potential data loss if buffers overflow. For example, a server might not be able to write data to disk quickly enough, or a network protocol might have an inefficient processing loop. The sender, unaware of the receiver's specific limitations, continues to send data at its usual rate, inadvertently exacerbating the problem.
