Nebelbacks are a fictional species from the tabletop role-playing game Pathfinder. They are described as large, lumbering, insectoid creatures that are often found in damp, underground environments. Their bodies are covered in a tough exoskeleton that can range in color from dark brown to a sickly green, providing camouflage in their natural habitats. Nebelbacks are known for their powerful mandibles, capable of crushing bone, and their ability to secrete a sticky, paralytic saliva.

These creatures are typically solitary hunters, relying on their strength and their paralyzing saliva to subdue prey. While not particularly intelligent, they possess a primal cunning that makes them dangerous opponents. Their diet consists of small animals, carrion, and occasionally unwary adventurers.
