Nazianzenus
Nazianzenus refers to Gregory of Nazianzus, a prominent theologian and bishop of the 4th century AD. He is revered as one of the Cappadocian Fathers, alongside his close friends Basil the Great and his brother Gregory of Nyssa. Nazianzenus was born in Nazianzus, Cappadocia, in Asia Minor, around 329 AD. His father, also named Gregory, was the bishop of Nazianzus, and his mother, Nonna, was a devout Christian.
