Mäns
Møns, also known as Møn in Danish, is an island in the Baltic Sea that belongs to Denmark's Region Zealand and Vordingborg Municipality. It lies off the southeast coast of Zealand and to the north of Falster, separated by narrow straits. The island is best known for its eastern coastline, where the chalk cliffs of Møns Klint rise dramatically above the sea. The cliffs, up to about 100–120 meters high in places, expose white chalk and darker clay layers dating from the Cretaceous period and are a major natural attraction for hiking, fossil hunting, and geology.
The interior of Møn is largely agricultural, with small villages and patches of forest. Stege, located on
