Muskeltilfælde
Muskeltilfælde, also known as muscle spasms or cramps, refers to the sudden, involuntary contraction of one or more muscles. These contractions can be brief and mild, or they can be severe and prolonged, causing significant pain and discomfort. While the exact cause of muskeltilfælde is not always clear, several factors are believed to contribute. These can include dehydration, electrolyte imbalances (such as low levels of potassium, calcium, or magnesium), overexertion, muscle fatigue, and prolonged sitting or standing in one position. Certain medical conditions, like nerve compression or circulatory problems, can also lead to muscle spasms.
The symptoms of muskeltilfælde typically involve a sudden tightening sensation in the affected muscle, which may
