Moujeh

Moujeh, also spelled mouje or mojéh, is a grilled meat kebab found in several Middle Eastern and Caucasian cuisines. The dish typically features marinated meat—most commonly lamb or beef, and sometimes chicken—skewered and grilled over charcoal, often with onions as a key flavoring component.
