Mosolygás

Mosolygás is the Hungarian word for smile. It is a facial expression characterized by the upward curving of the lips, often accompanied by the showing of teeth, and is widely recognized as a sign of happiness, amusement, or friendliness. The act of smiling involves the contraction of specific facial muscles, primarily the zygomaticus major and orbicularis oculi. While often spontaneous, smiles can also be consciously produced. Research suggests that smiling can have positive physiological and psychological effects, including stress reduction and the release of endorphins.
