MnZnferriitit

MnZnferriitit are a class of soft ferrites with a mixed spinel crystal structure, primarily composed of manganese (Mn), zinc (Zn), and iron (Fe) oxides. They are characterized by their high magnetic permeability and low core losses at high frequencies, making them essential components in many electronic devices.

The magnetic properties of MnZnferriitit are highly dependent on their composition and microstructure. By adjusting the ratios of Mn, Zn, and Fe, as well as introducing dopants, manufacturers can tailor their properties for specific applications. These ferrites typically exhibit a saturation magnetization in the range of 400-500 mT and a Curie temperature above 200°C.

Careful control of the sintering atmosphere, typically reducing or neutral, is crucial to achieve the desired electrical resistivity and magnetic properties.
