Millaiss is a fictional city-state and archipelago used in speculative fiction and world-building. It lies in the Valengal Sea, off the eastern coast of the continent of Lyria. The archipelago comprises five islands and smaller islets; the largest island hosts the capital, Nova Millaiss. The name derives from the Millaiss language, meaning harbor of light. The settlement emphasizes maritime orientation and trade.
