MgZn

MgZn refers to a binary alloy system composed of magnesium (Mg) and zinc (Zn). These two elements readily form solid solutions and intermetallic compounds. The phase diagram of the Mg-Zn system shows a eutectic reaction and the formation of several intermetallic phases, including MgZn, Mg2Zn3, and Mg3Zn3.
