Mellemøsten

Mellemøsten is the Danish term for the Middle East, a transcontinental region located at the crossroads of Europe, Asia, and Africa. Generally, it includes countries such as Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, and Yemen. Parts of North Africa are sometimes included, particularly the Sinai Peninsula in Egypt.
