Makromodel
Makromodel (often written as macro model) is a simplified mathematical or computational representation of a system’s behavior at a large, aggregate level. It focuses on the relationships among broad, system-wide variables rather than the detailed dynamics of individual components. Makromodellering is used to analyze how changes in one part of a system influence overall outcomes, and to explore scenarios under different conditions.
In economics, makromodels simulate the behavior of an economy using aggregate variables such as gross domestic
Beyond economics, makromodels appear in other fields that study complex systems at large scales, such as energy
Limitations of makromodels include aggregation bias, parameter uncertainty, simplifications of nonlinearities, and the risk that structural
