Majoran
Majoran, known in English as sweet marjoram (Origanum majorana), is a small perennial herb in the mint family, Lamiaceae. It is native to the Mediterranean region and is widely cultivated for culinary use. It is closely related to oregano (Origanum vulgare) but has a milder, sweeter flavor.
