Magikarp

Magikarp is a Water-type Pokémon introduced in Generation I. It is known for its weak offensive capabilities and seemingly useless nature, often depicted as a flopping fish. Despite its poor performance in battle, Magikarp possesses a surprising resilience and can endure harsh conditions.

Magikarp is typically found in bodies of water such as lakes, rivers, and oceans. It is characterized by its orange, scale-covered body, large vacant eyes, and prominent barbels. Its primary attack is Splash, which has no effect in battle but is often used by Magikarp to jump out of the water. This Pokémon evolves into the much more powerful Gyarados starting at level 20.
