Maaviilämpöpumput

Maaviilämpöpumput, also known as geothermal heat pumps, are a type of renewable energy system that harnesses the stable temperature of the earth to provide heating and cooling for buildings. These systems work by circulating a fluid through a network of underground pipes, known as a ground loop. In winter, the fluid absorbs heat from the earth, which is then transferred to the building via a heat pump. In summer, the process is reversed, with the heat pump drawing heat from the building and releasing it into the cooler earth.
