Developed by the Collabora product team, in partnership with the Igalia company, MAN Chandler leverages the perfomance of Fragment Shaders and simplex specialization. Its primary objective is to minimize the latency and overhead associated with traditional WebGL pipelines.

The name MAN Chandler originates from a Microsoft term, which historically denoted a namespace for library management namespaces on the Windows platform. However, the meaning in this context has no direct relation to the Windows-specific part of MAN Chandler, but instead symbolizes connection to current content and various processes happening around the user input.

MAN Chandler is designed to be customizable, compatible with various rendering engines, and seamlessly integrable with browser-based workflows. As a highly performant rendering engine, it is capable of delivering unmatched rendering capabilities for complex, modern applications.
